When you enter a contest or game sponsored by MamaManga, personal information may be gathered, such as your name and contact information. It is the policy of MamaManga that any information given remain the sole property of MamaManga. This means that your information will not be sold or viewed by any person or entity that is not authorized to access private information.

Who is authorized to access private information?
Well, there is me, the owner of said business. Then there is any employee designated to gather and compile private information, which is also me (at this time, anyway). If you order books via the website, your information is gathered by Paypal and transferred through a secure site to me so that I may fulfill your order. Paypal still retains your information for their own database.

Where is my private information stored?
The information is entered into a secure electronic database. If it was received on paper, after entry into the database the paper copies are then stored in a secured location for up to three months before it meets the shredder.

Will you use my private information for other purposes besides contacting me if I win a prize?
I may on occassion send out emails or promotional mail to those listed in the database. There is ALWAYS an option to have your name removed from the list. You simply send an email asking to be removed, and once I get the email, the removal is done!
